Grammy and Grampy Come to Denver

Karen and Greg just left about two hours ago, and we miss them already! We had a wonderful weekend with them, despite the fact that we all (except for Grampy Greg) caught Alice's cold and were battling it all weekend. With all the runny noses and watery eyes, I just didn't get as many photos as I would have liked.  Still, I can assure you, we enjoyed their visit, and hope they come back soon.

Alice's new go-to activity is coloring, and we did lots of that this weekend. 

 We extended the coloring off the paper and onto the sidewalk too.

 

The weather was just perfect for spending time outdoors.  

 We adults watched Alice run up and down the sidewalk.

More often than not, she would be pushing the beloved toy stroller, borrowed from the porch next door.

 

The changing leaves made a beautiful backdrop for strolls down the sidewalk.

Karen and Greg even helped me weed the front yard.

 

Alice was in heaven with her Grammy and Grampy!
