The Grands Came to Town

They came to meet the new baby.

And to visit the big sister.

 

And to offer an extra set of helping hands.

And help they did.

They made breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

They soothed fussy babies.

They told me to go upstairs and take a nap.

They brought new gadgets to entertain.

And they kept me company.

How lucky we are to have such wonderful parents!
